I say forgo the 12 weeks and waste of time with a 2 years of suspended. IMO neuter him, according to the to the spca it has a calming effect.
Of cause dogs bark they not let learn to speak apart from muuuuum nooooow 12 weeks ridiculous hope he loses his pilot licence.
He's a man who doesn't like to complain oh what a sweetie he won't complain but he'll drown your dog instead. If he did that to one of mine he'd get his head held in a bucket of water for a couple of minutes to see how he likes it, hey I can always dump him in a hedgerow. The law is a joke, dunno why people bother reporting it, I'd clout him round the head with a spade, that's justice.
