Hi everyone, New kid on the block here, wondering if you guys have any theories as to what our Sophie is? We've had her 2 months now and she's just great, quick to train and very well behaved We're thinking Collie/Whippet with maybe a dash of SBT.....any thoughts from you guys? Welcome to Dogsey Hippo and Sophie! Well, whatever she is she's pretty! For me she is the absolute classic Heinz - archetypal dog of no obvious breed a.k.a. unique! But it's always fun guessing I can see exactly what you mean, definitely something a little bit collieish with some sighthound to contribute her streamlining and SBT in the broad face. Don't see JRT myself, except maybe in her colouring? Do you have an idea of her age? Is she fully grown? J.
I agree with Mother*ship, she looks like a gorgeous little mix of breeds! I must say that I do see a bit of JRT in her face shot but it is so hard to tell. No matter what she is, she is beautiful!
She is cute I thought Corgi too, especially the first pic, also because of her colouring & ears. Can also see collie and possibly terrier.
a mix of collie and staffie I would say. I don't see jrt or whippet there myself. She's a bonny girl!
