Hi i have a rescue american bulldog. A friend recently told me that they are under 'close observation' by the government and are likely to be added to the DDA. Does anyone know if this is true or not?? Thanks
It's rubbish, I wouldn't take it too seriously I know there were talks a few years back, nothing came of it both the KC and the RSPCA held meetings about the American Bulldog and said they personally saw no need to add any more breeds to the DDA. They will never recieve Kennel Club recognition, as for being added to the DDA I cannot see it ever happening as far as the AmBull is concerned, so as I said I wouldn't be taking it too seriously at all.
