    One of the horrors of the holidays...I hated guys dressed as Santa as far back as I can remember. My youngest was terrified...no way I would subject her to the lap thing. The only good point was that if someone was dressed as Santa or the Easter Rabbit I didn't have to worry about her wandering off. "Emmy, if you don't stay right beside me...Santa is walking around the mall...". :eek:

    It is the fact that someone - parent/guardian/professional photographer - actually took those photographs - and someone decided to keep them! I mean why? :102:

    Yes - I must say, my instinct would be to rush and rescue the child, not stand and take a photograph!

    At the ripe old age of almost three my son sat on santa's lap and promptly announced loudly,"you are not real because you don't go to Jewish houses!" My fault, but who knew......
