Its quiet possible there related.shes my cousins/aunts dog bought in redruth in 2004.they live in cornwall.i am hoping to bring her to foxholedog show at st austell this sunday if weather is kind.
She is a lovely girl, i would love to see them together! We are planning on going to Landerio dog show (Mylor) tomorrow as long as its not throwing it down!! We will be at Stithians show as well on the 16th July and probably a few in between! lol Paxton and I are trying to get all the practice we can!
I am so jealous of you all! Such beautiful dogs! ETA: beth17, do you find it okay having two male dogs?
Yes not been a problem for us so far. Oscar can be a grump occasionally when Sam takes it too far but other than that they are partners in crime. I have been lucky in that Sam's personality seems to compliment Oscar which I think helps as well. My dad also has three boys that live happily together as well so it can work
Oh that's good! I was always thinking I would get a female as I already have a male dog, but for some reason I love male boxers just that liiiitle bit more
I agree whilst I love the girls and will probably have one next, the boys do have that special something that gets under your skin
There is just under 4 years between my two so quite a big gap. I got Oscar at a year and he is now coming up for 5 and Sam came home at 8 weeks, he's now 11 months. I wasn't actually planning another but Sam was a rescue and I couldn't say no which is why the age gap is bigger.
Well my boy at the moment is nearly 3 and will be another 2-3 years before I get another dog, so if I did manage to get a Boxer pup then there would be quite a big gap also! Would really love a male Boxer though if two males would be okay living together Has Sam had any health issues being a rescue? Oh she is beautiful!
Sam is as strong as an ox at the moment. His only 'issue' is he's completely deaf but that isn't a real problem for us, we just have to be a bit more careful where he goes offlead.
I have often thought about rescuing a boxer puppy, it was just the healthy concerns that bothered me most really!
