Aww thats a shame.. there are loads up here! Most of them are naturals..and just need taught left and right.. and STOP!
There aren't many but there are a few around. Mark runs his Sammy sometimes and there were also a couple at Wyre (if I remember rightly)
Beautiful pics and dogs:=)))))!!! Our "mascot" is a samoyed male, who joines us regularly training. Heres pic of him yesterday: Very charming nice dog, but not a great worker. But still I like him, has a wonderful temper!
Selkie was from a breeder that bred working pulling Sammies, but she made it clear early on in her training that she thought the best place for a diva like her was on the sled not infront of it, which is how I ended up with her He said he would try all the little puppies on long lines with the big doigs at a slow pace, he'd keep the ones that ran ahead or alongside, but Selkie got into the sled and barked orders at the rest. She never pulled a day in her life! Not even on the lead! I'm hoping Kismet witht he Sibe/Mal genes will show more keen
Oh my...have fallen in love AGAIN!! What a beautiful puppy lovely markings and colour...in fact what beauties they all are. You lot have got to stop wiv all these photos..I'm falling for too many different breeds....I'm going to buy an island and dognap all your lovelys
Quiet?? With a pup as gorgeous as that I'd have been noisy, telling everyone about her!!! Love that shot of them pulling the sledge
