    Jackshund

    This is the jokie name we give our dog Louie. Hes a Dachshund cross Jack Russell Terrier. I have noticed an increasing number of this cross appearing especially in rescue. I dont know if they are becoming a 'designer' breed or what. Seems prominant especially in the South Wales area. The ones Ive seen vary in traits from looking very dachsie to very Jack like.

    i have seen a few and yes i do think they are being perpusly bred.
    i have a American cocker spaniel x jrt and apparently they are called jack spaniels!

    He is cute , He is justlike a dacchie on stilts. My Dachie could walk under hilm LOL
