what breed am I? ID this breed/mix

could any one tell me what bred this dog is, it belongs to my niece, she bought him in febuary, and is now homeless, so we are in the process of trying to find a tempory home for him, failing that she is going to have him adopted.
when she bought, she was told he is a french mastiff x bulldog, what do you think?

Bulldog x he is very cute

to me he looks like a boxer x bullmastiff or something, but thats just my guess

Could be a Dorset Old tyme bulldogge or Victorian Bulldog.... or even like you say a Bulldog x DDB.
Have you got any more pics.. How old is he...height...weight????

looks likeold tyme bulldog or bulldog x but i doubt hes got any ddb in him i own 2 dogues i think hed have a wrinklier face if this was the case

Looks like an olde tyme bulldog beautiful looking dog, or of course , dorset or victorian but defo think it is a bulldog
