Hey guys does anyone here own small terriers and live in a unit or complex that has body corporate? I own an apartment in a 3 story walk up and want to do the right thing and ask for permission from the Body Corp Mgrs before I organise to buy my Westie later in the year. Some people say risk it, they'll never find out. I would hate to be denied permission, I honestly can't live without a little playmate. I will do my best in ensuring a comfortable environment for me, the pup and other tenants, but i'm afraid my words will fall on deaf ears with the Body Corp. Your thoughts? And don't say move! hahaha
I would ask, cause if you didn't and they found out and told you to get rid because of breach of contractyou'd be heart broken x
just found out we have an annual meeting coming up. I think I'll join the commitee and list my request as a motion! Then i can go to the meeting and fight for it! wooo!
