What beautiful pics.... Jamie loved the snow we had down here last year, that lasted a few hours.... I must admit I am not so keen, having very dodgy ankles;-) and having to walk to work, but would like Jamie to have some snow to play with at some point!! All your dogs are fabulous BTW

I'm with you on this one! Blocks the roads, stops the ferries (and cuts off the shop supplies), blocks the ditches, floods our house when it melts, buries our car and keeps the dogs in, because the macho farm tinks don't like it, either.

Fortunately, we haven't had any to speak of, yet, and the longer that continues, the better.

I had intended to post a couple of pics here, to show what I mean, but Photobucket is being remarkably slow, and, to be honest, I can't be bothered waiting for it any longer. Half an hour is long enough. Sorry, blame PB, not me!

Came back to try again, but Photobucket still in a torpor. I have an album of winter pics there, I clicked on it, but when it wasn't showing me my pics after 20 minutes, I just thought "sod this for a game of soldiers!" and abandoned it. Might try again in the middle of the night when the kiddies have all gone to bed

That's because it comes hurtling in across the North Atlantic, with nothing to stop it until it reaches our house! It can get to levels where we can't get out at all
