Thanks Tink and all, I just love their ears and the expressions they have, especially the 'sad eye' Cheers!
I handled the most gorgeous little tan and white beagle pup for someone at the weekend, she was so sweet. I love my tri's and have always wanted a lemon and white as Alfies mom is one and so pretty. I just love em all !!
Hi Tink, I also love the tri's, Clyde came from a litter of three, and both of his sisters were lemon and white. we were lucky to find him, where we live here in Virginia, we've been looking for a puppy for the last 3 years but couldn't find one. On a vets visit with Bonnie our vet told us of a staff member that had a tri male who needed a home, it was certainly our lucky day, we got him 2 weeks later!
Thought i'd add Diva to the thread seeing as Alfie and Daisy are on here, I noticed we have a few new members with Beagles, Lets see your pics Diva 8 at 8 weeks (I think) Looking Teeny with Alfie
I am going to try to add my photos of my little puppy Honey. Hope is works! I think Beagles are so cute, a traditional dog, just like a cartoon dog! Jo
This is our 16 week old Beagle pup, Beanie. She's (mostly) as good as gold and really clever. But I think we've got trouble ahead as she's EXTREMELY confident and strong willed. She's afraid of nothing!
My Barney was a rescue dog so didnt come with any papers.. Still not entirely sure he's full beagle or a cross with somethign else.. he's quite tall and although he looks skinny... he eats ALLLL the time! he's obvioulsy not a show beagle, definitly more from working stock... what do you think?
Barney is gorgeous, from my research he does not look like a beagle but more like a harrier, you are so lucky, i am searching for a rescue beagle or harrier and i feel so jealous.
yes ,foxhound or harrier in there somewhere i would say how tall is he at the shoulders? Still on the hunt astle?
Way too tall for a beagle, so pure harrier or beagle fox mix me thinks the height for harriers is 18/22 inch and foxhounds 223/27 Whatever he is he's a beauty
Wow - he look's a lot like my Beagle Mix, Max. You didn't by chance get him from a rescue in Arkansas in May 09 did you? Max is about 19inches tall and 23lbs. He's too tall and lanky to be pure Beagle...
Hello Feelion, my dog looks almost identical to yours and when we bought him, the breeder told us he is Harrier-Beagle / Walker Hound mix. Our vet says that is very correct and is the reason why he is stalkier but tall. At least that is what they told us about Bruiser. My profile pic is of our dog Bruiser!
