Have your tried the breed club? why Not PM Dizzy she owns Sher Pei and has done very well with them in the show ring
Here's a list of people on DW who own them http://www.dogweb.co.uk/talkdogs/me...field8=Pei&order=ASC&sort=username&pp=20<r=
Thought id add a few pics of pups in their new homes from my last litter-6 months next week- This ones Molly This ones Rocha This ones Maddie Cute arent they ? they all went to first time pei owners
They are absolutely gorgeous Here is a pic of my new baby boy, this is my 2nd Shar Pei, my 1st one died about 4years ago from Amoloyd he is still sadly missed.
He is lovely, who are his parents ? i understand how you must feel losing your other one, i just lost one aged 5 and it takes a lot of getting over
Yes it is very hard he was almost 4 years old and an absolute delight, it was 4/5 years ago now but i still get a lump in my throat, hopefully this one will be with us for a long long time, his sire is Shimano Enter the Dragon his dam is Fooled by the rocks of Deakie. Hoping maybe the show ring will be looming, fingers crossed but if not thats ok too, we have had him 2 months now and i am head over heals in love!!!!!!
Thank you, yes the whole litter was gorgeous, Claire was going to keep this one herself but had too much on her plate so offered him to me and my partner, we were chuffed to say the least, we hope in time we will do her proud. He is a real little treasure.
I just got my first dog, who's a shar-pei. He's absolutely perfect and I wouldn't swap him for anything. Even after just three days of him being here, he's been such a great dog and really well-behaved. He's twelve weeks old and the fireworks tonight arn't bothering him whatsoever!
oh I'll be sure to post photos! we've been searching for a year for our perfect dog, and he couldn't fit that title more snugly! He's a bit shy though, but you can tell he's really trying and I can't wait to see how he turns out with us
The 2 males in my litter turned out to be fuzzies, so they will be pet homed as its a show fault, they are so cute though, the 2 with the black faces
