    Is he a GSP x springer? You didn't get him from a certain HFW did you?

    Sorry - unlike with Fingal (my Springer), Breagh (the black lab / Pointer) I can't really give you any info.

    Her dad is a Black Lab X Pointer so the 'Pointer' info isn't really available.

    My other one (The Big Black and White one) is an Old English Sheepdog x Deerhound.

    Wow hes gorgeous!!!!! I have a Springer and two GSPs, both amazing breeds, Dylan looks like a perfect mix of the two. Look forward to seeing more pictures of him:grin:

    thanx all for you kind comments.
    He is just what we wanted the breeder says he is what is called a first cross pedigree (i think thats just a posh crosscbreed lol)
    His Mum is the GSP (keigame)
    Dad is ESP (Larford)

    We took him to a companion dog show last week with no intetion to enter him but they said go on have a go so we did HE WON!!! best cross breed puppy lol.

    ps. How do you put pic directly on to thred rather than by a url addy.

    A fist cross is a pup from the litter of two different pedigree dogs. So like my Skye he is 1st cross.

    People say it's a snobby name for a mixed breed or a mongrel but it's not.

    Only with a 1st cross can you have a pedigree lineage - some people will (to the horror of some) carefully and deliberately select parents of two pedigree breeds to mate to create the dog they require.

    No I am not saying Jill Roden bred him sorry for the confusion.

    We was shown mums pedigree and was told she was a kiegame pionter and she looked beautiful when we saw her.
    And i have no reason to disbeleive him.

    Not that we brought him because of that we got him because i love the springer and my wife loves the pointer and hey presto there were puppys for sale perfik.

    And what a pup he is lol.
