A friend round the corner has just had a litter of Wolfies. They are just SOOOOOOOOOO cute, and so big already. I will have to go round there and get some pictures so I can post them on here.
No piccys of this one yet. On my calendar last year I had a photo of creamy coloured ones, they looked gorgeous. Have only ever seen the greyish colour ones. Would love to find some photos to post.
One with a more brown look do have a really cream one but will have to have a sort of disk filing system to find it.
Here's one I took at Crufts last year [img-big]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v470/annestaff/DSCF0010.jpg[/img-big]
Hi Don't have a Wolfie (YET) but I do have a Deerhound / Old English Sheepdog Cross. This isn't a plug but if you love Wolfies please look at BRIBIBA wolfhounds on the net. They are in Scotland & their website is fantastic. Loads of great advice for aspiring owners and fantastic photo's. Phil
Meant to add - for those Wolfie lovers who like their dogs BIG!!! check out 'Paddy' on the Bribiba wolfhound site. He is a whole lot of dog.
Here's Skye - my Derrhound / Old English Cross. Think this picture was taken when he was about 18 months.
I absolutely love these dogs (and will own one, one day!), especially the cream coloured ones! One day!
I too love the wolfies they are such big gentle giants, I also love the deerhounds in fact I love all the big sighthounds but especially my own breed the borzoi.
Hi all, I own rottys but have the pleasure of showing my freinds wh they are a great breed so laid back, not sure what colour this is classed as but he is like a tiger when his coat is stripped.also a photo of him as a pup (aint he funny looking) so cute mageshack.us/img227/1382/skcdruidro3.png[/IMG]
i owned an irish wolf hound called Molly Once, fantastic dog and fantastic breed, I grew up with (teenage years) her and she died of cancer when i was 17, so sad but she left her mark on mungo bean! The father of mungo bean was a Greyhound, so Mungo was a lurcher! there are pics of him in the lurcher thread
Did anybody check out the Bribiba site ? If not here's the link. They're Wolfhound mad and (when we were considering one) were very helpful & friendly. If you do thake a look - scroll down the left hand side, click on the link entitled 'Paddy' and click on the top picture to enlarge. http://www.irishwolfhounds1.co.uk/
