It looks like a Saluki. Without any measurements it looks a strong type, or could be a Saluki/Lurcher.
I agree with saluki. It looks like it might have been shaved - the first photo taken right after shaving and the second photo a bit later as the coat is just starting to come back.

I don't see Borzoi but think I might see a trace of Greyhound - which might lead to a little less furnishing. The nose is a dudley nose - quite common with that colouring. The black just looks like a bit of shading. I have had a Championship line Golden Retriever that had a jet black spot on his lower lip - occasionally it just happens.
I doubt it is a saluki borzoi mix. The two breeds are similar enough that there is no real advantage of breeding them together and both are uncommon enough to make a chance mating unlikely. The head shape to me looks more saluki than borzoi. Borzoi heads are longer and narrower. If it is a mix, I'd guess something like a pointer or setter, but you really can't make a decent guess based on photos. The dog could look purebred saluki but have chihuahua in it. In regards to the spots, that can happen. Salukis can come in parti color and grizzled (two or more colors to the coat) as well assolid color. So it is always possible to get an all white coat with a small spot or two or more of color.
