Hello everyone, I just joined today. I'm looking forward to seeing everything Westie related. I've also come 'embarrassing' to say to hopefully get some some relief by talking to other dog owners. My dogs are my children. I have a deep connection with Holly my Westie. She rescued me when she was 2. She is now 11. I really rescued her physically from someone's back yard. I paid a large sum of money as I believe he was an addict to get her. I would have paid triple that for her. I'm having a lot of trouble with coping that she has slowed down and was just diagnosed with a collapsed Trachea. I don't want to write a novel or say to much. Glad to be here.
Your holly girl is such a cutie. So sorry to hear about her health issues- I hope your vet has helped you find a treatment that gives her some relief.
