Yep, gentle around the house, but on gaurd at all other times, my little boy ( Nico 3yrs ) makes me laugh, Nero will be layed there, and Nico will just play with him like he was a teddy, pulling his ears and tail, jumping on him and Nero just takes it. The tail, well that i owe to the wife, she grew up with a Rottie, and he had a tail. So when i talked her into letting us have a dog, she said ok as long as it was a rottie with a tail. I searched everywhere in the uk and 90% of breeders that i found would not leave the tail on But i found one on the other side of the country who was more than willing to, as long as i paid up front first. Oh yeah, i was dead set against a rottie as the only ones i had ever met were nasty....I am so glad i did now...he is fantastic.

Nero is lovely,he really does have a shiny coat. Your little boy is a cutie too. My daughter has a friend who's rottie has a tail.

Aww, he's adorable! Rotty's have had such bad press but every one I have met have been the biggest softies ever!
