Hello to everyone..since i had my rottweiler i am a little bit worried if he is purebreed..is 2 months old. My vet said that he probably is purebreed. Anyone with experience can help me?
He is a lovely puppy, and looks to have a nice broad head. The fluffy coat would worry me, but I'm no breed expert. Vets tend not to have a great knowledge of breed points, so could you let an experienced breeder have a look at him? I don't know your location, but the secretary of your National breed club might be able to give you some advise.
Carole rotti pups can and do have a fluffy puppy coat, they tend to lose it when the adult coat comes in, so the coat wouldn't worry me, but the head looks a bit light for a rotti, could be pure bred or not, will get better idea as it grows.. To the poster did you see parents and paperwork
