Awww he's gorgeous Luke - I'm sure you will have him trained in no time at all - and if not, he will have YOU trained Great piccys
Thanks Janet-yes he is getting quite good at training me..training me to have the paddling pool up and filled before half 11...training me to add a bit of chicken to his dinner...training me to make sure he gets to sniff every blade of grass, every stem of field when out on walkies
Sounds like he is more than halfway there already then - well done Ralph :smt026 :smt026 :smt026 :smt026 :smt026 :smt026
Great piccys of Ralph, keep them coming! He's very big, getting slightly worried that I'm gonna need a bigger back pack for mine to have rides in whilst on holiday! I do think you need to re think the location of the dog gate in the last pic though! ;-)
His a good looking boy Luke your very lucky.Keep up the training mate.Spaniels love to listen and please humans.Your be suprised how clever he is.After a while he will test you to see how far he can push his luck.Good luck mate.
Well Ralph is three months now and is a big boned lad (takes after his dad in that department!) As for the dog gate...thats the one that goes across the back door when little (or in ralphs case not so little) paws have been in the paddling pool all day And thanks Steve-hes quite responsive already!
Phew that's ok then, mine should be about that size at 3 months, but slightly smaller being a girl! Thanks Luke panic averted! Love the idea of a paddling pool btw!
:smt044 :smt044 :smt044 :smt044 :smt044 :smt044 :smt044 :smt044 :smt044 I have tried....however Ralph thought it was funner to sit there licking my hand then got a bit 'excited' when i tried to 'prop up' his rear end
It is the best thing for a springer pup in the world-a paddling pool. Hes out there now..sloshing around..throwing his tennis balls to the bottom of the pool the plunging head under to get um=happy puppy!
