    Please Help Won Won See

    Hi

I created a Go Fund Me page for my dog, Won Won.

My beloved princess Won won has developed cataracts in both of her eyes and is almost completely blind. She is only 6 years old.

Glaucoma is a condition in which pressure is placed on the eye, causing inadequate fluid drainage in the eye. If the condition becomes chronic or persists without treatment, it will eventually cause permanent damage to the optic nerve, resulting in blindness.

Won won's left eye has already become fully blind. The doctor says that there's no way to restore vision to that eye. Her right eye is also almost blind, however, the doctor says that there is still hope to treat it with a succesful cataract surgery.

The surgery will cost $7,000 and I know that is a lot of money.. It would be so amazing if you could help us with this. I feel like reaching this number isn't realistic, but honestly, any donation will help.

It hurts my heart when I throw the ball to her and she can't see it. It goes right past her, but she doesn't know where it went.

Please help Won won be able to see still in at least one eye.

Any donations will be greatly appreciated and will help so much.

    Thank you so much.

I feel for you I really do. The best I can suggest is if you do social media like FB and have lots of friends you might do very well. I tried GoFundMe and didn't have much success. Like you I was trying to manage a few thousand dollars. I didn't get even close but pray my boys knees will stay healthy enough to keep him mobile. There are groups that will donate if you put in applications. Your vet might have a list. Some are breed specific, some are for low income clients, you have to read the specifics of each organization.
