What glorious photos! Lovely dogs and fabulous scenery. How do you stop them from getting snowballs in their feet? My smooth haired boy is OK, but hairy Tweed has to keep stopping to de-snow her feet.

Well now with better time: If snow is sticky, I usually cut the hair between toes very short. In the stores they sell sort of vaselin or vax that you can apply in the paws, and that way those balls don't form in paws. But when it gets warmer, closer to 0 C, the snow sticks in huge piles everywhere. Vellamo looked like hungarian puli one day after running thru the snow. I bet few kilo's was hanging from her belly. Hmmm... I have to get THAT in pic!
