I've been counting down the past few weeks, but these next few weeks I'm sure are going to fly by! I hope so! While showing is not my main priority, it is something the breeder would like me to do, so we shall see!
Aww what a cute puppy :* congratulations to you. Would love to see his grown up pictures too. God bless you all
Just two weeks to go now! Some updated pictures. Cash is 13 weeks old now. With his sister, and older adult dog. Learning to fly... ....and to dance Playdate with his brother
Not much longer now Lou - not that many sleeps now before you can cuddle that adorable bundle of fluff and delight!
He is. I'm really happy with the effort his breeders have put into him. Last week they had a kennel training day, reuniting Cash's litter, and some older litters from previous years. They learnt some control exercises and did some fun tracking etc. Cash also attends the training class with the older dogs. Hopefully he'll be pretty well mannered with some basic obedience in place once he arrives I intend to. Just got to get over those initial nerves of running around a ring and being watched by everyone else! It's not been to bad really. It's gone really quick, and with so much to organize beforehand before you look round it's nearly time to bring him home!
You will forget about the people outside the ring. You will be to busy doing what you need to do........go to ringcraft it's invaluable.
I hope so. I think the smaller shows won't be so bad. I've been dieting recently, trying my best to get fitter so I can keep up with the dog around the ring Am struggling to find a ringcraft class close by.
Tell me about it !! Start with a couple of open shows before you do a champ show, just to get you used to how its done. You really need to find a ring craft if you can its invaluable for you and pup
