Thanks all for the welcome. Yea, golden doodle, simular to the labdoodle, but a bit bigger and with a longer coat. Super sweet dogs.
Hi and welcome Sorry can't help you but one of our neighbours has one and I'll ask where they got her from. Incidentally her one doesn't have the long hair but has taken after the father who was the poodle and has wavy (not actual curly hair) and does moult. But she is a lovely dog. Good luck in your quest and if I can find out where they got her from I'll post it on here in the next few days.
I don't know much about them, or any decent breeders, but you might want to try out the Labradoodle Association UK as they may well be able to help you out in your search for a breeder.
Sorry - I put my reply in the wrong place! Fab dogs - we have two. Private message me and I will give you the name of the very best family goldendoodle breeder - no big commercial breeders!
It's ok to mention them on the forum Sue - we will be adding a breeders directory at some point, so they will be able to get themselves listed.
Ok then. Mary Rook (porlock doodles) in Porlock (duh!) Somerset. She is simply the best - ask any of her 'puppy families'. No one cares more about their dogs than Mary. Tell her Sue in Wales recommended her.
I have Phantom Goldendoodle Phantom Goldendoodle is a very rare coloring of a Goldendoodle. Black is considered one of the rarer types of Goldendoodles. They are bred from a Golden Retriever and Poodle who both have the recessive black gene
