Just popping on to the thread to say 'awwwww' - lots of beautiful dogs!! I do love Border Collies. I have always 'worried' that I wouldn't be able to give them a good enough home in terms of exercise...... but they are a breed I really love...... in terms of looks and character. So who knows. So yes, keep those pics coming! Oh - and I didn't realise there were so many colours of BC's either! I looked at the link provided and the Sables are really stunning!
Drift my blue eyed tri colour, medium coated boy. Rescued at the age of 1yr and is now 3yrs old. He's a failed sheepdog, has no real desire to herd anything but his ball!! we tried agility, but it gave him brain fry, so now we do HTM which he loves and so do i
Skye Rough coated, prick eared, mismarked black and white girlie i bought from a very good breeder. I adore her, she is my Soul Dog and can do no wrong in my eyes She's 7yrs old and likes to herd joggers, cyclists and anything moving fast given half the chance not that i let her do it i hasten to add ;-)
This is Angus - he's just turned 2 and the loves of his life are, agility, swimming and Great Danes (he never tries to hump any other breed of dog but has a thing for Danes)
All these Collie's are beautiful! I have a thing for black and white collies, and merles! This is Tess. She will be 3 in August. She's my flyball star, we've only been doing flyball since last November but she's picked everything up so quickly. She's a bit put out at the moment, as we've just got a 2 year old Beagle, so she's not the centre of doggey attention anymore
