    Meet Rufus, our dogue de bordeaux

    hi this is rufus [​IMG][/IMG]
    he,s our special new boy ,his kennel name is "born to be bad " and he has got a fantastiic pedigree of champions his dad is emberez extreme and his great grandfather being fci champion emberez apollo he has also got temple felson in there aswell to name but a few . we got him for a pet in our family home and hes spoilt silly already .
    he house trained really easy and got the basic comands coming along nicely and were socialising on a daily basis .we have been to his first puppy party which was fun and a bit crazy at the same time as it ended up in a mass puppy free for all lol.

    Welcome! What a doll! The DDB is my second breed of choice after Great Danes. I look forward to seeing more pictures of him as he grows. :)

    :grin: Only just seen this,hes lovely!!..our ddb pup is nearly 6 months old now his dad was victor from rozeldogue and his grandad is tito from emberez. Keep the pics coming you'll be amazed how fast they grow..

    He's adorable!

    There is an adult DDB that lives somewhere near me, and I see him at the local shops. He is stunning and when I couldn't resist going over to say hello, he was incredibly friendly too. Lovely breed :)

    a quick update ,rufus is 19 weeks old now and comming along wel .he is weighing in at just short of 30kg heres a few more pics of him [​IMG]

    on our morning walk every morning we meet up with 6-10 other dog walkers and all the dogs play together ,rufus loves this ,theres all types and sizes of dog from border terriers to 2 neopolitan mastifs so he is getting well and truly socialised .he loves people and thinks every one we encounter should stop and talk to him lol .as the majority do....... he is getting a very spoilt boy and now he,s got a sheepskin dog coat for the cold mornings and night walk ,he thinks he is one cool dogue :004:

    Aww cute pup/s - love their wrinkly face. They grow up so fast - make the most of their puppyhood! :)

    he's lovely mate they are great dogs like you said really affectionate mine follows me everywhere and always wants to sit on my lap or feet lol
