Hey guys, i dont know much about dogs, i actually means that i know nothing about dogs. But the problem is that i am living in an area which is famous because of robberies. So guys for the security of my home i want to select a dog [mod edit/link removed] Plz suggest me a dog which is easily controllable by me. Keep in mind i m new in this field.

so you own a Pitbull but dont know anything about dogs and come on a dog lovers forum to ask about owing a dog easily controllable by you (who knows nothing of dogs) yet will 'afraid people' (other than you) since you live in Islamabad hmmm
Please answer the questions already put to you. Are you intending to get a dog that will be cared for as a family pet? Or will this dog spend it's whole life outside, possibly chained because you want the "look" of the dog to also "afraid people"? If you are going to get broken into then a dog barking is a good deterrent. You can buy a recording of this that is as close to real as is possible. I think this is a far better option for you considering you clim to know nothing about dogs but also that you own a pit bull.
