any pictures of terriers working, its just nice to see them doing something other than sitting on the sofa (like mine)
Well here are a few of Terriers working Rats, digging them out. This dog is marking a point where a Bird is, note him "pointing" Dawn.
Here are Midge and Jasper in action last week. Here's Jasper again later same day. They live to work and sulk in their baskets if we don't take them out!

I'm sorry if anyone was offended by my pics. I thought that working terriers, by definition, usually involves the killing of certain verminous animals. I have read a lot of old posts about the non-judgemental (supposedly) attitude of people on Dogweb [Admin Edit: abuse removed: If you cannot articulate yourself in an adult manner your posts will be edited accordingly]
I didnt know we did have a Working Terrier Club on DW. We have a Terrier Breed Club and a Working Dog Breed Club but not a Working Terrier Club.
As Roxy has said this is a Terrier club not a 'working' Terrier club. Perhaps you have been cocooned in your world - but if you cared to step outside you will find that many people are offended by seeing ANY animal being killed. We're not going to go into it here but needless to say you should be adult enough to recognise that 'hunting' pics that show the 'kill' will be upsetting to some. We still haven't reached a decision about Dogwebs policy on 'hunting' and you should bare with us until we do. Secondly there's no need be abusive - I make the rules not Dogwebbers so I would appreciate you not take it out on them! If you want to use this site please respect our rules. What on earth was wrong with any of the pics in this thread? I didnt see any dog killing anything. Patterdale fan. Dont take offence, if your dog was hanging off a persons face, it would be perfectly acceptable! Terriers are working dogs period! I would of course of understood if people didnt want to see vermin dispatched, but there wasnt any. Somebody requested seeing pics, thats the reason they were posted, there was no malicious intent here. Dawn. Edited, because the computer went funny peculiar, again!
Hi Dawn I didnt see the pics, but just wanted to point out like you also said, that some people may not want to see 'graphic' images and indeed such pictures may in fact be against site rules. I was annoyed at the abuse in the post and patterdale fan needs to know that won't be tolerated here.
