My Story:

I am disabled & am training my youngest dog Poppy (6 years old) to perform tasks which help me such as taking my socks off, bringing the post upstairs, opening doors etc. I use clicker training so Poppy is always keen to learn new things & practice what she already knows. My older dog Tiger (12 years) is a border x lakeland terrier, I am currently working on a barking problem (due to nervousness) with her. I recently started a course 'Think dog! Certificate an intermediate award in canine behaviour & training' which I am hopeful will help me with learning different training techniques & understanding my dogs better. I am hoping my next dog will become my registered assistance dog. My dogs have a big box full of toys & they can both often be found snuggled up in my bed often with several toys!
