My Story:

Aaaand...what do I say here? I'm involved in transporting dogs to rescues. I love to take photos, hike in state parks, read in my spare time (I've read more dog memoirs than I should admit to!). While transporting, I met the lovely Dahlia, a so-called BBD (big black dog) who was one day away from being euthanized before she was pulled to be taken to rescue. I fell totally in love with her and as my partner and I were looking for our first dog, we decided that our search had ended! She came home to us in May 2008 and she's just the light of our lives!

In June 2010 I began training Dahlia in agility. Since then she's become a more confident dog and even MORE of a joy to be around. She loves the training and we have so much fun together!
