Dont know why he left dogs there, but thank you for answering my question. You now seem to be saying the kennels were bad, things changed, somebody else is looking after them, and every time you have been there is always work going on. Shame they werent of a reasonable standard to begin with eh? then perhaps we wouldnt of been looking at some awful pictures of pathetically thin dogs. Its clear by what you have said that there were some problems, yet earlier you said there werent, thank you.
Not sure I said anything about problems but there is always a drive to improve things- I always help when I pass by, repairing electrical things, cleaning up after puppies these kennels were shown on French TV about the year before Mr Winder left (footage includes Carlic as a pup) and shows quite a lot of the kennels and paddocks. It is a purpose built kennels and kennel block. Looked fine on TV and much how I remember it at the time. Perhaps that will be shown 'in court'
Dragged back into the mire *sigh* Shona, Im a little confused, Can you direct me to the thread where I explained I would be better at owning one of these dogs than you or anyone else on this forum? By your own admission I have owned 2 black labs which presumably "qualifies" me. Your correct ive only owned these dogs for 3 months which in no way qualifies me as an expert and im learning all the time. I have already explained this on the website you are qouting from. You, however have the sum total of zero experience with wolfdogs. The tone of your post indicates to me that you may view owning a dog as some sort of a "competition" in expertise. This is not how I view dog ownership so I humbly bow to your superior expertise tatty bye Jon
Well we agree on that at least! Re being on TV. Im NOT drawing a comparison here, but a local kennels to me is appalling and is frequently showed on TV, likewise a "charity" horse sanctuary and rescue centre, its amazing how much people actually get to "see" in such places.
I can only assume, then you may have met some wolfdogs since you explained on this site a week ago that youd never any. My mistake. Time to bury the hatchet and say bye bye. Please watch my centre parting when you bury yours just kiddn cheery
Hi Wolfdogowner I had a lovely lunch with my children and had a look on the breed specific forum for you regarding the alleged court case on my return, below is the sentance i seen. I am unable to give the direct link per Dogsey's rules but am willing to pass it on to a moderator here if there is any doubt in the authenticity of the source. thanks for the advice but if you dont mind i will still go ahead with the legal action in Holland
Two dogs I am training are of questionable breeding. ;-) as yet we are not sure of there blood lines, though there is a high poss they are not NI dogs. Some clients are happy to have photos and questions posted on the net, others would rather not, thats there right.
Have I missed something??? Why are people continuing to defend a kennel that simply dont feed their dogs enough???!!! going by the pictures it is obvious those dogs are simply not being fed enough...it doesnt take a genious to work that out....no let me think..how hard is it to give a dog the correct amount of food??...hmmm- not hard at all. If someone is willing to let their dogs get into that state then they are willing to not look after them properly at all...which in turn leads to neglect which then makes them not very nice people and not very nice people lie about things and there you go...you get the problems this kennel are facing and also the reason CR got 'worried' about it and therefore the reason you are all on here trying to defend and the reason for the rows/sarcasm and disagreements
Liz, No idea what youre talking about, if you want to pm a link thats fine by me so at least I can understand what were on about. Glad to hear about your lunch, hope the kids are well. I was mixing cement at about a 1:6 mix for rendering, your day may have been more relaxing. Best wishes, Wolfdogowner.
Well you jumped out of nowhere and gave us a fright, starting with sarcasm, then you accused someone you don't know of lying (about what we have no clue) and then say CR is worried (when I suspect he is really just bored) but not sure why he would be worried. Just not really adding to the conversation when me and Borderdawn were very nearly friends...
It wont be much of a debate if there are no wolfdog owners participating, its just words on a screen Geezer, have a coffee, dont let it wind you up. Hi Geezer i have highlighted my responses to you for ease of typing, hope you dont mind. I'm not sure if all of the above is directed at me or just in general to all members but if it is directed at just me i wanted to make sure i covered all your points as best as i could, feel free to fire away.
Oh i do apologise, i had said in an earlier post that i thought i read the court case was in Holland and not France, you said you found that bizzarre and i reply'd i would try to find you the post on the breed specific forum on my return from lunch, i found it and posted. I'm so sorry i cant send you the link, even via p.m its against the rules here and thats why i just put up the sentance, it is authentic and can be confirmed by a moderator if required. Yes my day was far more relaxing than yours, how's your back? Hope you've a wife offering a massage later, you'll be in the good books for getting the job done You'll have to excuse me briefly, my husband says Yellowstone is on, great t.v viewing.
who did i say was lying? Read through the other thread you were involved in and you will see CR's actions. And if you and borderdawn were so nearly friends then what i say should have no impact seeing as i am not her!
Sorry I'm alone with my bitch (not the wife) and no tv either :? . (wifes off with the boys; four legged variety that is). You could give me a teensey clue; is it a CWD forum per chance?
