The point of breeding is to make the breed better so why would the pups only be pets doesn't that defeat the object of breeding?x

Cheyenne, you say you have taken deposits on a litter not yet born(I presume), what if, god forbid, something happened, say you lost the litter or the bitch absorbed the pups, is the deposit refundable, wouldnt it be better to wait until the pups are born and seen to be healthy before taking deposits, just my opinion as we all know so many things could go wrong.

I am not jumping to any 'assumptions', Marie, given your determination to breed, regardless of any potential health issues.

So from this post I take it that you are breeding for the sole intention of breeding for the sake of it. Any pups will be 'only' pets and ALL under a contract to be neutered.

Since this is under your direction, are you paying for the pups to be neutered?

Are you keeping any back for yourself? Will this/these pups be neutered too?

I don't get it Cheyenne you are going to tell the pups owners not to breed from them because of the epilepsy in the line but you are breeding from your bitch, I just can't get my head around it can you explain?

So you acknowledge the potential for epilepsy but put the onus on the owners to have their pets neutered. I apprecate your honesty but think that is disgusting. You have no guarantee that the owners will neuter these animals and so you have no idea whether they will use them to breed from.

Thus you have no idea whether the epilepsy gene will be spread further down the lines.

You are a disaster as a 'breeder'. You are perpetuating this disease when you have it within your power to stop it.

No thought for if her pups develop epilepsy and what owners will go through as by then they love the dog and wont return.
    Again all about money.

Ah it becomes clear now Cheyenne why you are sticking up for SC as you plan to use her stud dog Drummer on your bitch with the epilepsy in it's line. Absolutely disgusting what you are about to do.

So you are breeding from your bitch to have pups that will not be furthering the breed as you want them spayed and neutered, but when asked why breed your answer is above!

You do realise you have just admitted breeding just for the money!
WOW ur puppy owners are so so lucky
