I don't think so, as mentioned, they sell x breds at £750 and pures at £1500 +. Therefore, more money in purebreds.

thats what i was thinking and it also has been mentioned in a previous post but noone seemed to respond.
so why would a breeder crossbreed two breed of dogs and get less money? as has also been mentioned before, to make the breed less shy and maybe be used as assist dogs.

But given the small amount of pure saarloos bitches in the UK pure breed litters would be limited, it would be viable to use saarloos stud dogs to NI bitches to make up the litters,

Or are they using NI dogs to cover the saarloos bitches,
if it is being done with the NI dogs to the saarloos bitches then I agree its not for money,

IF its saarloos dogs covering NI bitches, well none of us are that daft eh??

But could that be that there are not many buyers for the purebred dogs?

But it costs money to import pure breeds and not as many people have £1000 to spend on a dog these days. Much cheaper to only get a few pure breeds and then x with the more readliy avalible NI and charge less but sell more.

Let me ask you this who makes more money M & S or ASDA?

a reason more likely is that the pue saarloos needs a special owner therefore the breeder is very careful about who they go to.thus making them a responsible breeder and one who cares about his dogs.

but as we have seen recently not all our breeds are well bred or healthy.just because they are kc reg doesnt mean its well bred.
    cant comment on the malamte.

Ok Im now really confused......can I ask, as Navajo has the breed...or a x of it.
    Banji do you own one?
It would seem you have very diff opinions on the breed...
I guess what I would have to ask is who do we believe?

I use CW as cry wolf as well, and CWD as the wolfdog . . . Just to confuse the matter!

no you have taken the quotes out of context.
the top one is refering as to why the saarloos is cross bred the answer is to get a less shy saarloosx breed.

the saarloos is shy,the saarloosx isnt as i have said previously.
which would then make it more of a posibility to work these dogs.
