    I must measure him again - will do it tonight. He is quite a tall lad though, and is the tallest of my dogs.

    Thanks Kirsty, yes she does, except that she's a lot more longcoated than her mum now (which is good!). She has now bred Zena's sister with a Kazeti and I bet those dogs are stunning, I might have to do some research on that!:grin:

    Been a while since I saw that cute picture of Zena as a little puppy, and I've now gone all broody (which is NOT a good thing lol!)

    Yes you are right Moobli they are very similar indeed, both gorgeous. Not sure if Kodi will lighten much more, as he gets older. His Dad/Granddad are very dark and carry the all black gene. We'll see.

    Hi Moobli, funny you should ask this.
    When we got back from Arizona he seemed not only a lot bigger but also darker. He seems to have become deep tan around the head and he has now completely lost the brown wire wool on his saddle and is silky black.
    Others have noticed this too. He has retained the light patch on his chest but deepened in colour from there upwards. He is just coming up to 9 months old at the end of October.
    I was watching his grandad Vongalanberg Kai at the IPO World Champs (youtube video) and he seems so much like him.
