Just thought I would share with you some piccies of our boy now I've got the camera on the go again!! Thanks for looking!! Hope you enjoyed them!!
Thanks guys!! The rescue centre thought he is crossed with a lab or maybe a collie but weren't sure. He is much smaller than any pure rottie I've seen!! But maybe he is!! Just a little one
what sort of height is he? in inches to the shoulder? im rubbish with cm dont let the splash of white on the chest make you think hes a cross, rotties can get a splash of white on the chest, some even have it on the chin or feet, but its more common on the chest
He deffo has some Rott in there I would err on the side of the collie with his ear set. Whatever he is crossed with he is lovely Is he an energetic boy or quite chilled ?
I'm not really sure how tall he is but I guess he is about 20 inches to the shoulder. He weighed 33 kilos last month. I never realised they could have white in them. Thought they were mostly black and brown. Thank you! He is usually very chilled but once he starts playing with his toys he forgets that he has to stop at some point!! He doesn't seem to like to go for walks that are too long and you notice once he's had enough!
Not seeing the pure Rottie here, wrong headshape and too long a snout, I know it can vary but I would say a cross
Lost Floyd if you remember about 3 months ago. After a lot of searching, last week we drove to a farm in the middle of the Forest of Dean and bought a 50:50 collie x Rottie. As we drove up to the area Jose recognised the tracks, there was one to the right and one to the left. We chose the left hand one which turned out to be correct. As we were cuddling the pups Jose asked if the farmer's wife had a collie and Bernese about 12 years ago. No, she said that was our neighbour, down the right hand track! Anyway, Rupert is settling in really well and at 9 1/2 weeks is already getting a rough idea of house training. Much too early to tell how tall he will be. I will one day learn how to post photographs.
