I get the feeling that the dog which was shot 'the only one to let charlie get close to', but when she had (dead) pups, she would not let him get close and became aggressive. Whereas the other bitches wouldn't let him near in the first place, so did not have the same scope to become aggressive when with pups.

I still don't understand why she was shot at all. It could have been pregnancy/birth hormones making things worse. Once those settled surely someone like Shaun could have worked with her.

I don't understand why charlie does not come out and explain this. Rather than hide behind his cry-wolfers who are so sorry for him. I'm not sorry for charlie, I am sorry for this bitch. I believe it could have been avoided.

I have also read that Sarloos have different needs and that NI x Sarloos are to make the outcome more 'dog-like'. Therefore, the treatment of a Sarloos probably has to be tailored differently than an 'ordinary' dog.

That's just a layperson's view of the breed, not an experts of course.

Who is him? Shaun or Charlie? Before this situation occurred, I was leaving Charlie and Cry Wolf alone having not had a good reception to say the least. However, these events I can't just ignore.
