Aw no I just don't post about it regularly because it still happens. His epilepsy seems to be very aggressive and although we have managed to get it under reasonable control, it seems that he will still suffer from periodic fits.

This latest lot in the last few months seem out of synch, in that they are happening more regularly but with less severity and fewer fits so he recovers more quickly. It's strange and although I keep a diary I can't put my finger on what is going on.

I am just grateful that he hasn't needed emergency care for ages .

BUT this kind of aggressive epilepsy has come out in some Utonagan dogs and in my opinion the affected lines should NOT be bred from - or at least not until there is a genetic test available.
