just for fun can any body spot the pitbull! I meen if they look so far from a staffy surely everyone will get this right!!

I think number 7, but I see where you are coming from, it's hard to tell.

I would of said no.7 but very hard too tell.

i would say 7 but as every one has said its difficult to tell to the untrained eye!

The dog in 4 looks totally different to the others but I think it may be 7. None really look like Staffies to me, maybe the last one but hard to tell as you can only see the head, and the ears are laid back in pleasure. Would really need them stood in profile and head on to tell, one would also need to see the scale of one dog against another. There are only one or two with the sort of angles I would expect to see in the hind legs of a Staffie. Have no idea what it should be on a Pit Bull.

Assessing from a photo is very difficult even if all dogs are stood the same, one is laying down, one is jumping up and some are posed in exaggerated stands in this set so any comparison is difficult.

The one thats dressed up like a Fairy!
1 is a decent Stafford.
2 Is a "type" probably an "Irish" if you like.
3,KC trype Stafford.
4,5,6 and 7, Athletic types again how some may term "Irish"
8 Pit Bull.

Dawn, I don't know that much about show terriers but in these photos, where one can see the feet, they are very splayed, is this normal for this type of breed? Could look at the standard I suppose but sometimes those being shown are not as hard as one would wish but I have never noticed the poor feet before, or perhaps they are not poor but normal?

I think number 7 is the pit bull because he has a slightly different shaped head and his muuzzle is a little more floppy.

I know many Lurcher men complain about poor feet in Bull Crosses Jackie, so I think there is something in what you say. The feet on some of those do look poor you are right.

1 and 2 for me, same dog? Maybe 7, but it looks too obvious, especially as you've framed it in red too?!
