We have had keira from 5 weeks she came from Brenda at Instioge in Ireland, she nearly died and spent 3 weeks at vets so we are lucky to have her. We have no idea what she is but think boxer, ridge, pointer, dobie Nearly grown at 15 months
Keira is stunning Just off the last photo I`d have put money on her being Boxer x Rottie [ Her ears are throwing me off a bit though, but other than that I can see Boxer and Rottie there on that last photo ].
ahhh shes a stunner id say ridgeback x boxer she has the ridgeback face and ears but that brindle has got to come from some where lol so possible boxer if she was smaller id say staff but she is beautiful no matter what she is!!!
What always made me wonder is that she was docked they dumped the pups but docked them. Her 2 sisters who survived had white chests and a lot bigger Kiera was the runt and weak one. Operative word WAS. When she is out and sees a dog approach she goes down like a collie herding then creeps along but she certainly has no collie in her.
Great pics everyone!! Here is Joey. He is nearly 2 (we think) and is a rottie x lab maybe collie? We're not sure!! All we know is he is an oversized lap dog big time!!
ooohhh i know that all to well as im on my own now honey has the other half of the bed and i must admit much nicer to sleep with than some smelly man lol
Someone might already have said it but that's wrong, a lurcher is a sighthound crossed with any other breed, not just pastoral dogs, it is just traditionally pastoral dogs made the best working cross and therefore more often than not they would be half collie or something. A dog does not have to be a typical lurcher or or a good worker, in order to be called a lurcher. It is just the name for a certain type of cross breed.
We have some absolutely gorgeous crossbreeds on here, loving all the pics! Awww! Another ridgeback x staffy This is Gizmo a ridgeback x staffy, he's a thai not rhodesian though And he hasn't work out that the throw on the sofa is not there to keep him warm!
His ridge certainly gets some comments. A lot of people think he's a GSD until they see the ridge, then they get confused
this is our willow ,she came to us as a rescue , we think she is bordercolliex roughcollie ,what do you think ...
