HA HA yes people think they are hard work! He's an angel really!! I thought it was Unisex tbh no doubt it will morrph into something else like my other dogs they rarely get called their proper names!
what a handsome lad,has he got strong herding instincts? I have 2 Australian cattle dogs and they both love to practise herding, very handy when my ducks or chickens get out
Yeah very strong herding but no more so than my Border collie was at that age. He is very handsome I have to agree with you. he always puts a serious face on for posing for the camera lol! He's great, just as full of energy as any pup but he has no boundaries in terms of height, he's been able to clear the stair gate at 14 weeks and generally jumps all over everything!!
Gorgeous, look at those kelpie ears! I've only had a bit of experience with kelpies, when visiting a friends farm- i've met some pups, and an adult who was lovely- also seen them work a little bit and love watching them run on the sheeps' backs when they can't/don't want to go around! Not sure i would own one ever, but lovely to look at
We got him form a breeder in leicester. I've seen the vids of them backing sheep & of Puppies herding.. So much instint its mind blowing
Raven is nearly 12 months old now & is a joy to have around excellent in the house - no issues with toilet training or chewing etc.. I am very lucky
She is beautiful - and sounds a real delight too. I keep trying to persuade hubby he *needs* a kelpie, but he isn't having any of it unfortunately ;-)
hi Kirsty 'He' is just the bomb !! love him!!! Hi Layla hope your Rave is well on the road to recovery/... not on here so much since the birt of that well know social networking site!!
Have you seen the in depth working (shepherding) diary..I think it was astra bc's that may have took him on but may be wrong, very good read. Hey
