Thank-you Border pop, Good to see what he should look like. You've got a nice looking dog. I need to let his beard grow longer & maybe stick candyfloss / cotton wool to his legs, just kidding, I can't make his legs fluffy even after blow drying. :? Nowt I can do about his tail,... he hasn't got one. I did try to take a photo while he was 'asleep' but he 'woke-up' & came to investigate. One day i'll get a pic of him either standing or laying down (with his legs straight so you get a profile view like he's stood)
Muppit's beard and furnishings will grow back before you know it He looks to have an irish type coat so won't be as 'fluffy'. He will be more silky. As for tails....thats the docking ban for you;-)
Hi Here are a few of our Welsh Terrier Saredon Country Boy, or Victor as we call him! http://i781.photobucket.com/albums/yy93/Lauz02/viccute.jpg http://i781.photobucket.com/albums/yy93/Lauz02/IMG_06881.jpg http://i781.photobucket.com/albums/yy93/Lauz02/IMG_06851.jpg http://i781.photobucket.com/albums/yy93/Lauz02/Victor.jpg Hope these work!
Oh what a lovely half hour I have had looking at all those gorgeous dogs. Here is Jimmi - rescued from Northern Ireland by Dogs Trust and adopted by us last February. We love the little monster to bits.
Just love that last photo of Pixie Pup........ "Noooooooooo, please, no photo cos I am not looking my best!
Thanks Border Pop! Stupid question but do they have to be entire (hope this is what its called in the doggy world, im talking horse speak!) if you want to show them? I wouldnt mind having a go but think were going to get him done. I'd like to do agility with him though. Laura
Yay more terrier pics Pudz02, Victor is just too cute, great pictures. Scottie_111, That a brilliant picture of Fergus, lovely boy and i think im in love with Archie Bitkin, Jimmi is such a handsome boy, lovely face. Muddiwarx, omg soooo cute, love the pictures especially the 2nd one.
Yes they do have to be entire to show, There isn't anything stopping you exhibiting a castrated dog but dont think any judge would give it serious consideration if it had. Is there a reason you are having him castrated? Just wondering.
For anyone who's interested in how terriers have changed... This is my dad's bull terrier. This would be around 1936: And here is my bull terrier, 2010 (she's a bit blind):
What a cutie, butter wouldn't melt Great pictures, the dogs are lovely. What a fab wee dog you have, lovely
Lots of lovely Terrier pics here! I'm new to the forum, but just thought i'd share a pic of my JRT x Yorkie girl, Missy. That was taken at the beginning of a walk through The New Forest during our holiday last June.
