Was wondering whether he washed or not to be honest, but looking at the second piccie, yep he scrubs up well as they say?

Yeah getting there - neck collar and volumes of muscle relaxers/valium.

The were just over excited when arrived at the park.

I'd dropped a bag of poo and was going back for it.

73kg of fast NIs hit the back of my legs - flipped me up and backwards. I landed on the back of my head/neck and my right shoulder. Once the muscle stuff has relaxed a bit I've got to go for x-rays.

I was lucky I think if my left foot hadn't been bent over as well, It would be the head/neck only. I was extremely scared another couple of inches and I could have broken my neck/back.

I was really worried because I saw stars - it felt like the same pain as when you bang your nose and are sure it will bleed.

Was the shortest walk ever.

additionally - I was so glad it was me they knocked over.

I dread to think what the consequences would have been if it was someone else - particular a child or old person.
