    It's a Dogs Life - Alaskan Malamute

    Friday 8th December,6pm

    IT'S A DOGS LIFE: Episode 5

    Nanook and Keettoo are Alaskan Malamutes. With Brian Hewitt they form the first response Search and Rescue team in New Zealand's South Island.

    what channel is that Flow? please!

    (My Grandfather worked with Mals in WW2 in search and rescue, so we'll both be glued too :) )

    Watched it though and they were fantastic, what a life for those dogs :grin: :grin:

    :grin: not sure if you have managed to watch the malamutes yet on Animal Planet, if not they are showing them again and the one you need to watch is the one with the sheep dogs
