    Sorry Toby - only just seen this reply! We stayed at a place called Letterfearn (about my 5th time there), which is in the Lochalsh area of the NW Highlands. That photo was taken on a walk from Corran, and is opposite Knoydart, by Loch Hourn. It was fabulous.

    I think you have mentioned Kim. Do you have any photos of her?

    Thanks :grin: I've had a few worries that he was a bit thin but vet said he was the perfect weight :grin: He's 36.5k, but then he's not really what you'd call a big boy, he's actually fairly small compared to a lot of male GSD's I've seen :grin: Mind you he feels big when he pulls on the lead :blush:

    Helena, he has darkened somewhat. Not sure if it's gonna be his permanent new colour or if it's just his seasonal coat, if you know what I mean :grin: Either way, he's still gorgeous :grin:

    I think Janet should take a photograph of Kim's old photographs to show you, she was beautiful. She always was my favourite.
