Yup! Only I am toasting you with water as Tikva is already tucked up in her crate and I will be joining her shortly - not in her crate though, but my bed! It actually means "To Life" but we use it as "Cheers" - ["ch"in Ivrit sounding as the ch in Loch].
Aw, Bless him. Does he sleep in his crate all night? Tikva does and I close it once she has gone in for the night, but it is in my bedroom so I hear her either stirring or eeping. By the time I have switched everything off and plonk into my bedroom she does not even stir - curled up on her little sleeping blankie or mat at the sleeping end. Still the same crate as I bought for baby Ziva, the smallest one they have, and it was the first time I had ever used a crate. But it is big enough for Tikki to stand up, and sleep stretched out if she wants. And now, at gone midnight it is time I went to bed myself. Good night - לילה טוב
Yea he sleeps there in the kitchen at night. I've resisted the urge to allow him upstairs in bed with me, no matter how many puppy dog eyes his tries to give me!
Hi. I've got Louie who's a shih tzu and is 5 years old, and you can see him on my profile pic. I've just got another pooch called Peggy and she is 9 weeks old and is a border terrier x Poodle. I use to own a standard Poodle so I have a soft spot for them Peggy is as close as I'll get to having another Poodle, and Louie wouldn't approve of a large dog in the place. He is not sure about Peggy and doesn't know how to be around her yet. I'm sure he will come round in the end, if, not at least he will tolerate her. Enjoy your Mr Bronson and don't beat yourself up over lulu. Sounds like you didn't have an option and I bet she is doing well in her new home. I remember once having to do the same, I did keep intouch by email which was good to see he had settled in and enjoyed his country walks. So, on one hand good to know he was ok but on the other hard to see as, I missed him Puppy pics are a must.
