Well been a bit inactive lately. Trish is going through some issues the last 2 months, do to her lupis and meds, she is will be seeing a eye specialist the 6th of July, have to take her next Thursday to get blood work and some other tests done, currently she can only she can only see fuzz shapes. There is a chance she has had another minor stroke in her sleep with new sagging in the right side of her face. Part of the other tests that will be done. Mouse who was protective prior is now stuck to her, and constantly checks on her. She can move without saying his name, to see his big blur move to know where he is at. Biggest change in Mouse has been his head in the last 6 months, have been his head and neck , there still growing lol. He looks even more like a blob when he is laying down but is extremely active, last Sunday he played with Waldo and Lulu for 2 hours pibulls, went for our walk, played with Redbud a lab x pit mix for a 2 to 3 hours and played with the kids at the party whenever they wanted to. Mouse is currently 215 to 220lbs or 97.5 to 100kg. He's currently 3.5yrs. Pup in pics is Redbud. Is someone cooking? It's warm out, I'll chill with mom in the shade withRedbud. Did I hear a camera click? Playing ball with the kids. What happends when kid runs into dog lol Dad's up mom Mom's up dad, you can start cooking Sunday breakfast. (Make mine a double)
Mouse is looking really well to me. Playing with the other breeds must help to keep him fit and active. Please pass on my best wishes to Trish, she must be worried about her sight problem. I have lupus SLE too, it makes you so lacking in energy. You can only do so much, and then you just bottom out. They say the medication, (is she on hydroxychloroquin?), can affect eyesight, but I think it only comes on gradually. They did give me a sort of grid print out to test my own eyesight when I started on the tablets, but of course I don't do as I'm told. Hope she has some better news soon.
I'm so sorry to hear that Trish is having further problems. Please pass on my good wishes to her. Mouse, bless him, takes his carers role very seriously. He must be quite a Godsend to you both x
I am very sorry to hear that Trish is having yet more problems and hope that things can only improve. Please pass on my best wishes to her and tell her that we are all thinking of her. Mouse is looking very impressive - and such a good carer for Trish.
Ty. Yes all his friends and playtime keep him active and in good shape. She's not onhydroxychloroquin but can't swear she's not on some version of it. Ty. Will pass it on to her. Mouse will at time hover around her almost like he has to inspect to make sure there is not so much as a odd breath. Ty I will pass ithem on to her. He's my big baby, that tries his best to watch over her. Tyvm.
My very best wishes to you too. The caring role is extremely difficult no matter how much love there is behind it. You do a wonderful job that I'm sure Trish is very grateful for x
