    Growling issue

Hi. I'm new here. Just a bit of advice please. My family and I have recently adopted a 6 year old staffy whom we love to bits. We fostered him initially but fell in Love! He is not particularly friendly to other dogs but doesn't go for anything so I can manage this. He loves kids and people and welcomes anyone to the house with a waggy tail. However if any one in the house cuddles or even shakes hands! He growls and increases the growling until we stop. This concerns me a little for the future. Any tips?

Why are you letting your dog behave that way? You have an aggressive breed that you are letting get away with aggressive behavior. Get a shock collar. Whenever he growls, give him a zap. Increase the power of the zap until he stops. I would also suggest getting this dog a muzzle in case he starts becoming more aggressive. If it were me, I'd take the dog back where I got it from.
