    D-day 6th April am confused

    Why I am seeing posters advertising free neutering & microchipping for dogs, posters are saying "book now before D-day 6th April".

    Have they changed the law to all none breeding dogs to be neutered as well ?
    As I thought 6th April was the date all dogs at to be chipped by.
    Wasn't aware they at to be neutered as well by 6th April

    It's the compulsory microchipping law that comes in on 6 April
