A new exercise program here in Derbyshire as led to a metal gym & assault course being erected on the park (Racecourse park) & of course I just at to try 2 machines out lol Me on lift machine Me on leg push machine bikes treadmill & crosscountry machines push up & lift machines the assault course taken in panorama mode on camera
What a good idea, but what on earth is a push up and lift machine? Those poles with spikes at the top look positively deadly!
The lift machines is where you lift yourself up using your arms & the push machines you use your feet/legs to push yourself back. The spike poles will have CCTV camera & a canvas cover on them being fitted today some time xx
Excellent facility, although if it's unsupervised there's always the danger of someone doing something silly! Is it free for anyone to use? Very good for anyone who can't afford a gym. Can't see the point of a treadmill outside - better to run round the park I would have thought!(Though I suppose there's no danger of being chased by a dog on a treadmill!)
Totally free & yes is supervised the building in the 3rd, 4th & 5th photo as the park rangers in plus the gym instructor xx
We have several of those machines dotted around the local park. They are totally unsupervised - and very underused, except for propping up groups of youths! If they had given us an enclosed dog area, it would have been more useful.
