Pereg has just been attacked by a Dobe General Chat

She just went out, clipped onto her tether, and the blank blank who actually had his Dobe on a leash, let him off when he saw her it came and attacked her.

I am now waiting for my Vet to come and patch her up and praying it will not cause a seizure. She is covered in blood, as am I, and that blank blank just went off laughing?

Oh no hope Pereg is ok, as for that stupid blank bank he needs his dog taking off him.

Pereg is OK - hole in her back flushed out and five staples which I will remove in - heck, I forget - or 7 or 10 days. Plus anti biotics but I am so vermisht that I cannot think straight. Even had a problem with my Vet coming here as it is Shabbat and only emergency vehicles allowed on the Moshav.

An attack such as this triggered off her epilepsy in 2011 - and that Dobe is evil. No, was not that Dobe that caused the original trauma as I do not know which dog that was, but this one and its owner definitely is evil, and why did he let it off leash when he went past?

He deliberately let that Dobe off its leash when he saw me outside with Pereg because I had gone out when I heard her barking as the door was partly open - he saw me go out on my crutches and then deliberately unclipped his Dobe?

So frightened for Pereg now as I do not know if it will trigger anything off - to say nothing of the emergency vet call out. Not bothered about the cost - just so worried about my Pereg.

I hate it when idiots use dogs as weapons.

Poor Pereg, and poor you, Malka. I also hope she recovers without her epilepsy being affected. I know that this doesn't help your girl, but I think I would try to get this 'person' traced, and present him with the vet's bill. There is absolutely no excuse for his actions, and he should, at the very least, receive a caution. Would you be able to contact the police on the Sabbath?

Hope Pereg will be o.k. As for the guy with the Dobe. Maybe you can hand him the bill or call the police next time he passes your house. Or you could take a picture of him and his dog and ask around if anyone knows him.

I still cannot think straight but we both had a sleep and she seems OK. I do not know who this guy is Debra - see him sometimes on Shabbat, also see that Dobe running loose at times causing a right balagan. But I do not know who he is or where he lives, just that it is somewhere up the road. Way up the road.

No way do I want to talk to him - when he first got that Dobe it had its ears cropped and they were bandaged for ages. Tail docked to its anus and its ears cropped? My vet has no knowledge of the dog but does know of a vet [not in town] who crops ears like that.

Pereg is OK. The staples are not bothering her and she had a good wipe down to clean her up.

Not sure but I do not think he charged me for the emergency call out.Too tired to think really.

She is fine. The staples do not seem to bother her and I am hoping that it does not trigger a seizure - she actually seems 100% normal and did not even blink when the wound was flushed and stapled.

She is such a good girl - and I love her so much.

This dog of mine is really special. No ouchies, ignores staples. She is just a very special dog who copes with everything thrown at her.

But that Dobe is going to attack a child one day. And then what?

Pereg is a very special dog but she's also got a very special owner .... you Malka! Hugs from us in a freezing cold Hungary.

She is fine. Wound and staples clean.But she needed to sleep and so did I I and we both have the sleepies so go azonk when we need.

Pereg is the best dog in the world.
