I just ordered one of theses upside down Christmas tree's, but only a small 2 foot table top one as I don't have room for a 4/5/6 foot one's, its going to be put in middle of me dinning table as a centre piece, plus it will stop my 3 male dogs using it as their personal peeing post. I don't get to choose the colour, they send one randomly so could be either white or green I also ordered a dog's nativity scene too to go under tree
Are you not going to have a proper Christmas tree Tina? And what about the gnomes, I do hope they have a nicely decorated tree with lots of pressies under it! Oh, I see they have already got one!
Ooh, I don't like those at all. I'd keep thinking I'd had to much to drink if I had one of those! Call me old fashioned, but I like things the right way up.
Well it's certainly different not sure I'd would want to do it though. I did think of making one of these.
It did say dogs may not be the one's shown in picture, so could end up with Beagle in the manger. I have got gnome tree ornaments Malka x
Gnome ornaments are not the same as the gnomes having their own ornaments for their own tree. Gnomes gneed their own Christmas tree. A Gnome is for life, not just for Christmas.
Ahem, Tina - that last picture is not of a Christmas tree, it is BRUSSELS SPROUT tree. [hits head against wall and sez OUCH]
Malka magnifies screen - peers at screen - sees broccoli tree and not sprout tree but does not care as she loves both broccoli and sprouts.
I forgot to get sprouts at the weekend - what was I thinking. Had to resort to frozen ones, but they're not the same. Sprouts and chestnuts - yummy. I've nothing against courgettes myself - lovely cooked with tomatoes and topped with mashed potatoes and chopped spring onions. I refuse to think of a gherkin as a vegetable. Hate them.
I HATE sprouts and have done since I was a child! Now gherkins I love - super with crusty bread and pate. Hungarians - and me as well - eat a lot of the sweet and sour pickled dill cucumber - and gooey cakes (which I know are close to your heart Janet).
Yuk horrible things are gherkins, no way me eat them, but Zeus loves them he's a strange dog, he sat eating cauliflower cheese bake yesterday, I made far to many mash potatoes so made a cauliflower cheese bake with reminding mash. Back to me upside down tree I have told my 3 men that we are having a Australian Christmas this year & the tree will be Australian too, can't wait to see their faces when I put tree up or is it down xx
Will you lot please shuddup about sprouts only I lurves them but de only ones available 'ere are frozen an' are like yuk. Oh do I miss sprouts, savoy cabbage, spring greens, brussel tops - all that lovely dark green, erm, greens. Got de cravins 'as I.
